Paul and Stacy

Sideline Developments is a family run local Real Estate development project.
Stacy and Paul founded Sideline Developments Incorporated to curate an executive subdivision in Prince George. Many years of searching for a lot themselves proved that acerage inventory with luxury build space and a country surrounding was in short supply in Prince George.

Their 2020 project is anticipated to be at market by the first quarter of 2021 with lots between 4-6 acres, lightly treed, and in a private cul-de-sac near West Lake Provincial Park.

The Year Ahead

Our project started in late 2019 and is now full steam ahead through 2020. Paul is leading the charge working with various contractors to ensure each lot has the amenities and access one would expect in an executive subdivision prepared for your future dream home.
